Growing up, I was blessed with having dinner on the table every night when I came home from school or practice. Sundays were especially eventful , as the whole extended family would gather for a traditional Italian meal. In today’s world, the luxury of that is becoming more and more of a challenge, and far from the norm. Our goal is to help busy individuals and families, those with certain health and fitness goals, and anyone who enjoys a delicious meal, without having to worry about shopping, cooking, or cleaning. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just be healthier overall, our goal is to help simplify your day, and make living a healthier and balanced life more convenient.

Founded in 2018, out of a passion for both fitness and cooking, Sunday at Grams aims to help individuals and families one meal at a time. Prior to establishing the company, I had spent years working in the corporate world, and realized there weren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with lifes ever changing and increasing responsibilites. Finding it evermore difficult to balance everything, I decided to go back to my roots in the kitchen, and offer a solution for those struggling with the same challenges. 

Having traveled to all 50 states, and 35 countries, living, studying, and working along the way, I’ve developed a keen understanding of regional food and the importance it is in everyday life.
Understanding the value of time, whether you’re trying to balance your career and family, health and fitness , or in most instances, both, we want to do our part to help you stay on track, and achieve your goals.
